Salary: $16 – $18 per hour

Responsibilities:

– Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
– Assist with day-to-day office operations including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
– Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
– Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
– Help with organizing events and meetings
– Assist with preparing documents and presentations
– Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
