Eventscape is looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Manager to join their team of innovators. The role involves bringing bold visions to life and redefining what is possible in architectural innovation. The successful candidate will play a dynamic role in the installation process.
Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of the store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
– Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
– Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock availability
– Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
– Conduct regular staff appraisals and provide feedback for improvement
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Assist in visual merchandising and promotional displays

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a retail management role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
