Manager responsibilities are required for a Project Manager role at Johnson in Markham, ON, Canada. The position is a contract role for 18-24 months and involves leading a cross-functional team as an Agreements Manager.
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns
– Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintain customer records and update database with accurate information
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
– Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions and follow up as needed
– Meet or exceed set customer service metrics and goals
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the team

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
– Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
– High school diploma or equivalent
