Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews
– Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding process
– Coordinate training and professional development opportunities for employees
– Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees on policies and procedures
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Assist with other HR functions as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of experience in a human resources role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
