Urban Transport Inc. is seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Client Success team in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
– Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and support
– Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver on client requests and projects
– Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling
– Track and report on key account metrics and trends to management

Qualifications:
