Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring on-time delivery of materials. The Supply Chain Manager will also be responsible for analyzing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and developing strategies to optimize the supply chain process.
Responsibilities:
– Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best pricing and terms
– Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
– Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain process and reduce costs
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction
– Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or procurement
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
