Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant – Finance Department
Location: Toronto, ON
Our client, a leading financial services company, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the Finance Department, including data entry, filing, and document management
– Assist with financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
– Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for department staff
– Prepare correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed

Qualifications:
