Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and energetic Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, staff training, and customer service. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality and taste. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we have access to the best ingredients and products.
To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for food and beverage and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. You must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
