Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 a year

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Etobicoke, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including front of house and back of house activities, staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
– Create and maintain a positive work environment for all staff members
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any customer concerns or complaints
– Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and service standards
– Prepare and manage budgets, as well as monitor financial performance
– Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
– Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
– Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure adequate inventory levels
– Recruit, hire, and train new staff members

Qualifications:

– Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry standards
– Understanding of financial management and budgeting
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Food safety certification is an asset
