Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will involve various administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing schedules, organizing files, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
– Maintain office files and records
– Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

Qualifications:
