Job Description

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate sales-related activities, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and responding to customer inquiries
– Support the sales team by providing administrative and logistical support
– Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
– Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
