Job Description:

Our client, a well-known retail store, is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join their team in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operation, including sales, customer service, staff management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
– Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
– Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
– Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed
– Create and maintain store budgets
– Develop and implement promotional activities to drive sales
