Job Description
Position: Receptionist
Location: Peterborough
Salary: $13 – 15/hour
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a well-established company based in Peterborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk reception and office support services to the team.
Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department
– Answer incoming calls and transfer to the relevant persons
– Manage the booking system for meeting rooms
– Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
– Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
– Keep the reception area clean and organized
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
– Professional appearance and demeanor
