Position Summary:
A leading financial services company is seeking a Corporate Recruiter specializing in Accounting and Finance to join their team in Toronto, ON. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of accounting and finance positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute recruiting plans to fill open positions within the accounting and finance department
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
– Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
– Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews
– Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
– Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent
– Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, activities, and progress to management

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, specifically in the accounting and finance sector
– Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and terminology
– Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
