Carmens Group is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager with experience in marketing and public relations. Additional experience with graphic design and event planning is a plus. The ideal candidate will be experienced and motivated in managing marketing campaigns for the brand.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Providing information on products and services
– Processing orders and performing order entry
– Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
– Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed
– Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
