Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $19.00 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
– Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product-related issues
– Providing product recommendations and information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
– Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the database
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
