Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial management and analysis, as well as a proven track record of successfully leading financial teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
– Develop and implement strategies to drive financial growth and profitability
– Manage cash flow, working capital, and debt to ensure financial stability
– Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including evaluating investment opportunities and making recommendations to senior management
– Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and board of directors on financial matters
– Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial partners
– Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
– Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
