Job Description:

Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Operator in day-to-day operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and processing transactions
– Supervise and train store staff on company policies and procedures
– Ensure store cleanliness and organization at all times
– Assist the Store Operator in achieving sales targets and profitability goals
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Basic math skills and attention to detail
