The company is looking for a Manager, Project Delivery to join their team. The candidate will report to the Director, Project Delivery and be responsible for leading a team of Project Managers and Scrum Masters, as well as promoting delivery best practices within the company.
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

Key responsibilities:

– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and offer negotiation
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters
– Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training and development programs
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
– Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
– Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes
– Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the organization’s goals and objectives

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
