Job Description

Position: Program Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various programs within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement program strategies to achieve organizational goals
– Manage program budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
– Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success
– Monitor and evaluate program performance and make adjustments as needed
– Provide regular updates to management on program progress and outcomes
– Lead cross-functional teams to ensure program success
– Identify and resolve program issues and risks in a timely manner

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– 5+ years of experience in program management
