Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
– Monitor patient vital signs and condition
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
– Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications:
– Valid Registered Nurse license
– Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
– BLS certification
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a team environment
