Job Description:

– Provide courteous and efficient customer service in all areas of the store.
– Assist with merchandise presentation, replenishment, and recovery tasks.
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
– Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
– Work effectively as a team member to achieve sales and store goals.
– Follow company policies and procedures in all aspects of the job.
– Actively seek out and communicate with customers to drive sales and provide excellent service.
– Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Prior retail or sales experience preferred.
– Strong communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
– Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.
– Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
