Catering Coordinator

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a Catering Coordinator to join our team at a well-established catering company in Scottsdale. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of catering events, including communicating with clients, menu planning, event setup and execution, and managing staffing and logistics.

Responsibilities:
– Liaise with clients to discuss their catering needs and preferences
– Create customized menus based on client preferences and dietary restrictions
– Coordinate all aspects of catering events, from setup to teardown
– Ensure that all catering events are executed according to client specifications and company standards
– Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
– Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in catering

Requirements:
– Previous experience in catering or event planning
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
