Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia

Salary: $15.50/hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and updating customer information in the database.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers
– Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Updating customer information in the database accurately
– Providing product and service information to customers
– Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
– Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
