Job Description:
MSL Group is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate office activities
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet and assist visitors
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
– Organize and maintain files and records
– Handle confidential information with discretion
– Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
