Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, Canada

Salary: $18-21 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients over the phone, email, and in person. You will assist customers with inquiries, orders, and returns, as well as provide product recommendations and information.

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
– Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
