Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
– Provide product information and pricing to customers
– Process orders and track shipments
– Maintain accurate customer records in database
– Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
– Assist with general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
