Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in all areas of sales planning, administration, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Assist sales team with day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales literature, and maintaining customer records
– Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to answer inquiries and provide product information
– Coordinate sales meetings, events, and trade shows as needed
– Prepare reports and presentations for sales team meetings
– Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless customer experience
– Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and processing orders

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
