Job Description:
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Vancouver, BC
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will involve providing support to our management team and helping to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
– Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate parties
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintaining office supplies and equipment
– Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
– Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry tasks
– Performing general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
