Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance
– Processing orders and returns
– Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
