Job Description
Position: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project coordination skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
– Coordinate project activities and resources
– Monitor project progress and track milestones
– Manage project documentation and communication
– Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors
– Prepare project reports and presentations
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– 2+ years of project management experience
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Proficient in project management software
