Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to staff, handle incoming calls and correspondence, and perform general office duties.

Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate staff members
– Respond to emails in a timely manner
– Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
– Maintain office files and records
– Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
– Draft and edit documents as needed
– Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong attention to detail
– Self-motivated and able to work independently
