Position: Sales Manager – Siemens Building Technology

Location: Calgary, AB, Canada

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Siemens Building Technology in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their sales goals.

Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
– Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support as needed
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the building technology industry
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
