Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
– Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
– Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
– Maintain and update filing system.
– Perform data entry and update databases as needed.
– Assist with special projects and events as needed.
– Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
