Our company is seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Duties may include answering phone calls, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Organize and maintain files and records

Requirements:
