Job Description

Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
– Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
– Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and merchandising
– Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of productivity and performance
– Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
– Previous retail management experience is required
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques and inventory management
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
