Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and ensuring the efficient use of space. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of warehouse staff effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and space utilization
– Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing leadership and guidance as needed
– Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
– Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
– Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies as needed
– Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
– Provide regular reports and updates to management on warehouse performance and KPIs

Requirements:
– Proven experience in warehouse management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
– Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices
– Familiarity with warehouse management systems
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
