Job Description:

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized office assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
– Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct office
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Organizing and maintaining office files and documents
– Assisting with office inventory and ordering supplies as needed
– Managing office schedules and appointments
– Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of administrative or office experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
