Position: Marketing Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the Marketing Manager in all aspects of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of marketing principles and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
– Coordinate and execute social media initiatives
– Monitor and report on marketing analytics
– Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and advertisements
– Assist in the organization and management of promotional events
– Conduct market research and analysis
– Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
– Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
– Prior marketing experience is a plus
