Visual Merchandiser

Location: Vaughan, ON

Our client is seeking a passionate and creative Visual Merchandiser to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays in-store to attract customers and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of current trends, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
– Create eye-catching displays that showcase products in a way that maximizes sales
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual merchandising with promotional activities
– Ensure that all displays are consistently refreshed and maintained to drive customer engagement
– Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to continuously improve visual merchandising strategies
– Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices

Requirements:
– Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field
– Strong creative and design skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
