Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at a leading company in Imavere, Estonia. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing operations, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Provide support to the Manager in daily operations
– Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
