The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for providing accounting support, preparing monthly accrual entries, assisting in an AP automation project, and completing other ad hoc finance and AP tasks.
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
– Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
– Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
– Help create and maintain a positive work environment for all staff members
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
– Assist with scheduling and staffing needs

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
– Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train staff
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
