Ace Management Group is seeking a Junior Marketing Representative to assist in promoting their brands, services, and products by connecting with customers and clients.
Recruiter, Entry Level – Talent Acquisition
Our company is seeking a dynamic Recruiter, Entry Level to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to fill various job positions within the company. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for talent acquisition and a strong interest in recruiting.
Responsibilities
– Source, identify, and recruit candidates for various job openings within the company
– Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
– Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
– Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system
– Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
– A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
