Position: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Location: Toronto, ON
Our client, a leading company in the marketing and sales industry, is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales and marketing activities, conducting market research, assisting with the development of marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate sales and marketing activities, including promotions, events, and product launches
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets
– Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
– Prepare materials for sales presentations and meetings
– Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining databases
– Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales and marketing initiatives
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
– 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing coordination or related role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
– Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is an asset
