Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person communication.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Assisting customers with account setup and login issues
– Troubleshooting technical problems and escalations
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:
