A leading Developer in Ottawa is seeking a Manager, Development Land who can oversee the development of properties while meeting goals and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in land development and project management.
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This individual will communicate via phone and email, ensure that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to remain flexible and adaptable
