Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
– Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
– Maintain customer records and update information in the database
– Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
