Description:

Groupe Access is currently looking to hire an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our growing team in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead, plan, and execute IT infrastructure projects, including network infrastructure, server upgrades, and data center implementations
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements
– Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
– Monitor and track project progress, risks, and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
– Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders
– Manage and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues as needed
– Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
– Oversee project documentation, including project charters, business cases, and status reports
– Ensure compliance with project management best practices, standards, and methodology

Qualifications:
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects
– Proven experience leading and managing complex IT infrastructure projects
– Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and best practices
– PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
– Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
