Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
– Maintain a neat and tidy reception area
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a similar role preferred
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
