Our client is looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior members of the team. This position will require a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including arranging meetings, travel, and appointments
– Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
– Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned
– Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
– Perform general administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Experience:
– Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work effectively under pressure
